This collar is made from carefully contoured industrial grade aluminum, and is heavily padded and lined with foam to ensure comfort and wearability. Accents and buckle straps are in a matte rubber and the front is adorned with a shiny PVC spiderweb. Heavy duty hardware is used throughout.
