This solid black on black belt is made from black shiny industrial grade PVC plastic (won't peel like the fabric PVC) and a black matte heavy duty industrial grade neoprene rubber, with all black hardware. The materials are strong and the rubber is stretchy! With that being said, order by measuring your TRUE WAIST (the smallest part), and I will make it to fit that size with additional holes to go smaller or slightly larger. If you are in between sizes, order down. I will be making this belt very adjustable, so please order your correct size, or message me if you have any questions. This is not a corset (so does not reduce like one), but would work extremely well over one, as a finishing belt, so keep that in mind also when ordering your size.
