If you are in between sizes and want to cinch down more so, then size down. Ultimately, your waist can always cinch smaller than your hips, so it's best to make sure the hip part will fit you. They are made from industrial grade metal and not meant to be super polished and perfect like junk jewelry fashion plated chrome. They embody a more rugged industrial style, and are made with strong materials. This is made to order, so please carefully measure your true waist in inches, over clothing or how you plan to wear it, because even though the rubber does has some stretch, the more accurate you are at measuring, the better the fit. Please allow 3-4 weeks for production.
